Green apple, mineral, and flint aromas with a slight grapefruit note. Full bodied with ripe fruit, steely mineralit and crisp acidity. An elegant, refreshing wine.
Pairs well with chicken, seafood, grilled fish or smoked salmon. Ideal with tapas or on its own.
